A site is only current if someone keeps it current. Four plans, a named person, a report every month.
A library nobody maintains is out of date within a year, and a site nobody updates is a security risk within a month. The sites we build, and the sites we take on after an audit, are kept running by people who know them.
Every update goes to staging before production. On Standard and above, every release is compared against the approved design, so a plugin update cannot quietly change a page. Backups are taken daily and a restore is tested every quarter, because a backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a backup. Uptime, errors and security are monitored, admin accounts are reviewed, and once a month you receive a report that says what was done, what was found and what is next.
A named person replies: the next business day on Essential, the same business day on Standard, within four business hours on Extended and Platform, with an emergency line. Changes within your plan’s hours are made on request; larger work is proposed as a fixed fee first.
Plans are billed monthly, quarterly at 5% less or yearly at 10% less, with a three-month minimum and then rolling. If you leave, you leave with the site, the accounts and the last backup.
Care plans
A one-page site and a thousand-page library are not the same job. The plan is set at discovery from page count, languages, integrations, traffic and the number of editors; the figures below are starting points.
Every plan includes:

Prices exclude VAT.
Unused hours roll over one month. Further hours at CHF 200 an hour, agreed before they are used.
Terms: a monthly retainer, a quarterly plan at 5% less or a yearly plan at 10% less, invoiced in Swiss francs. Three-month minimum, then rolling. No setup fee for sites we built. A short audit, at a fixed fee, before we take on a site built by someone else.
Taking on a site we did not build
The audit comes first: what the site runs on, what is out of date, what the backups actually contain and what a restore takes. Its findings are yours whichever plan you choose, or none.

Questions we are asked
Can we stop?
Yes. After the first three months the plan rolls, and you can end it at the end of any billing period. You keep the site, the accounts and the last backup.
What counts as a change?
Content, layout and plugin work within your plan’s hours. Anything larger, such as a new template or a connection to another system, is proposed as a fixed fee first.
Can we move between plans?
Yes, at the end of any billing period, or sooner if the site grows: a new language or a document library usually moves a site up one plan.
